Refund policy

Check before you pay. All orders are cash on delivery. If the parcel isn't what you ordered, you can refuse it at the door and you pay nothing.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund of the amount you paid.

Change of mind: once a parcel has been accepted and paid for, we can't accept change-of-mind returns, except where UAE consumer law requires it. Please read the product description and ask us any question before ordering.

Refunds: approved refunds are paid by bank transfer within 7 days of approval.
