Is delivery really free?

Yes. Delivery is free on every order across the UAE. Most areas get it in 1–2 days; remote areas can take a little longer.

Do I need a card to order?

No. Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the driver when your parcel arrives.

Will someone call me?

Yes. After you order, our delivery partner calls to confirm your order and address. Unconfirmed orders aren't shipped, so keep your phone close.

What if it isn't what I ordered?

Refuse it at the door and you pay nothing. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Once a parcel is accepted and paid for, we can't take change-of-mind returns, except where UAE consumer law requires it. Ask us anything before you order.
